We are currently looking for a Payment Operations Program Coordinator. Our team supports a leading client in the technology sector by partnering closely with their Social Responsibility department to advance community-focused initiatives. We manage operational processes that facilitate the distribution of cash grants to nonprofit organizations, helping fund a wide range of meaningful causes. Through this work, the team plays a vital role in enabling the client’s broader mission to drive positive social impact at scale.

Responsibilities of the Program Coordinator include:

  • Responsible for program management for Social Responsibility initiatives

  • Oversight of program calendars and meeting deliverables, as well as updates master deliverables list.

  • Document management and work with Program Managers to establish standards for use by staff and approved partners.

  • Payment process: manage payment process across breadth of regional needs.

  • Respond to Engagement Support queries: Address questions from stakeholders both internally and externally on status of payments.

  • Conference & Sponsorship Management: Oversee conference sponsorships, engagements, and volunteer coordination.

  • Shared mailbox management: maintain and manage external email aliases ensuring timely communication and proper routing of inquiries and information.

  • Support Data Reporting: Analyze key performance and financial metrics to support operational planning.

  • Event support: Support workshops and event logistics across the Team.

  • Coordinating the internal decision on small funding sponsorships and external workshop requests.

  •  Collaborate globally and with regional leads to set objectives and implement and lead effective process improvements.

  • Assist program managers in the development of various outreach programs, which includes coordination of event logistics, scheduling, preparing documentation, tracking, and reporting

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of program or project management or coordination experience, or minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or customer service

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in payment processing and/or contract management

  • Experience with handling community programs, marketing programs or events

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Experience working with ticketing systems, CRMs, or case management software.

Professional Skills Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Strong analytical skills to understand SLA and KPI reporting

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment showing adaptability ability to prioritize

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
