Translating contracts into execution, resolving operational friction, driving structured cadences, and ensuring we capture the full value of every relationship.

Beyond steady-state operations, you’ll lead complex migrations, support new partner and payment rail launches, and build scalable systems that ensure long-term program stability, compliance, and growth.

You’ll operate as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for partnership operations, building structure where it doesn’t exist, coordinating across teams, and proactively managing risk.

  • Track cross-functional dependencies, timelines, and risks

  • Partner closely with Finance, Engineering, Risk, and Customer teams

  • Oversee and optimize card inventory, fulfillment, and quality control processes

  • Audit fulfillment SLAs and resolve vendor performance issues

  • Improve partner cadences, escalation workflows, and reporting infrastructure

  • Build scalable SOPs, controls, and risk mitigation frameworks
