Job Description:
This position may be responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages as well as various inside clerical tasks. This position will currently be primarily responsible for the packing, repacking and correcting of damaged packages. This position performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part Time Permanent/Hourly- Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Workdays: Tuesday - Saturday (4 am to 9 am) - Must be available to work flexible hours, as scheduling may vary based on operational needs - Required.

Scheduled Shift: Daily minimum 4 hours / maximum 5-6 hours
Qualifications:

Physical Ability: Ability to lift packages weighing up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in a warehouse environment.

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately scan, sort, label, and process packages.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to package handling and customer inquiries.

Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication with team members, drivers, and customers.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, package tracking, and operational tasks.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform address corrections using UPS software systems.

Contact customers regarding package-related concerns.

Complete damage inspections and prepare damage reports.

Repackage damaged items when required.

Handle ERN (Exception Resolution Notification) and DSI (Delivery Service Issues) tasks.

Able to Perform other clerical task assigned by OMS or supervisors.
