Order Fulfillment Warehouse Team Member (Part-Time, Temporary with Potential for Ongoing Work)

• Typical Hours: Tuesday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

Fierce Staffing Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented warehouse team members with a focus on team work, to assist with order fulfillment and inventory support at our client’s warehouse in Landover, MD.

This is a part-time, temporary position.   

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Organize and restock inventory shelves.

• Assist with labeling, counting, and verifying product quantities.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow direction and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

• Support inventory checks and assist warehouse management as needed.

Requirements

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Must be able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a small team environment.

• Comfortable with light to moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs).

• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.

• Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required.

• Must be available during scheduled work hours and open to an increased schedule during holiday periods.

Work Environment

• The warehouse does not have heat during colder months. Staff will not be scheduled onsite if temperatures drop too low for safe working conditions.

• All necessary equipment and safety materials will be provided.

• This position is located inside a Warehouse unit in Landover, MD.

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $25/ HR
