Job Title
Operations Support Specialist I, Administration (CEO)

What you will do
- Work cross-functionally to solve issues and implement changes. Proactively communicates and collaborates with various departments to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating various procedural/policy manuals. Ensures consistency at all times between documented procedures and actual processing.
- Recommend changes to processes with the goal of streamlining workflow processes and enhancing delivery of products and services.
- Design and develop complex training and development projects, working with subject matter experts and members of the branch services leadership team.
- Serve as the liaison with the Training department to ensure operation initiatives are in alignment and supported properly within the organization.
- Act as a resource for branch personnel to clarify and verify operating procedures and policies.
- Miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned management.
Qualifications
Every employee is required to comply with all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) policies and procedures, and to attend required BSA-related training as assigned.
