Position Summary
The Operations Support Staff position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of Honestly Clean LLC. This position assists with coordinating cleaning services, supporting team members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a combination of administrative support, operational coordination, and hands-on cleaning responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Scheduling
- Coordinate daily cleaning schedules, team assignments, and job site coverage
- Maintain accurate client profiles, service records, and operational documentation
- Monitor and report operational metrics such as attendance, job completion, and quality checks
- Review and approve employee timesheets daily
- Assist with preparing weekly reports and monthly operational scorecards
Team Support & Training
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members
- Support On-The-Job (OTJ) training and new hire training schedules
- Help identify and interview potential candidates during the recruiting process
- Provide feedback to management regarding team performance and training needs
Quality Control & Cleaning
- Perform high-quality residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning services as needed
- Conduct quality control (QC) visits and report findings to management
- Fill in for team members during staffing shortages or call-offs
Inventory & Supplies
- Monitor cleaning supply and equipment inventory
- Complete weekly inventory checks and submit supply orders to management
Client Communication
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding service inquiries, feedback, and concerns
- Assist in resolving client issues or complaints when they arise
Business Support
- Support marketing efforts including social media posts and updates
- Assist with networking and business development activities when needed
- Support Airbnb turnover services including laundry and property preparation

Work Environment
Employees may work in residential homes, commercial buildings, and Airbnb properties. Work may involve exposure to clients, customers, and pets, cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment, normal outdoor weather conditions when traveling between job sites, Masks or ventilation protection are not required but may be worn when using certain cleaning chemicals.
