Amazon is seeking a motivated, hands-on IT Operations Lead to support day-to-day operations within our IT Warehouse in Vancouver. This warehouse supports employees and IT Offices throughout the Vancouver area and across the Canada by providing laptop replenishment, IT asset support, inventory management, and operational coordination.
You’ll join a team of associates, supply chain specialists, program managers, operations managers, and other critical partners. You’ll work across the Logistics and Imaging Team (LIT) to help ensure employees receive the equipment they need to do their jobs, while helping drive consistent, reliable, and scalable operational processes.

The Operations Support position will help coordinate laptop and IT equipment workflows, monitor operational health, resolve blockers, support escalations, and ensure that service levels and customer expectations are met.
While this role will support projects and process improvement initiatives, the primary focus is leading day-to-day operations. The right candidate will be comfortable balancing hands-on execution with cross-functional coordination, using data to identify gaps, and working with teams across operations, logistics, inventory, IT, and support functions.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to lead through influence. They should be able to understand operational processes quickly, identify areas for improvement, and help implement practical solutions that improve accuracy, speed, and customer experience.

- Coordinate small to medium-sized initiatives that improve daily operations, inventory accuracy, asset readiness, or service delivery.
- Communicate status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support a flexible operations environment where priorities can shift quickly based on customer and business needs.
