The Operations Specialist helps drive continuous improvement, supports key administrative and compliance functions, and works collaboratively across teams to enhance daily operations. Provide recommendations, suggestions, and innovative ideas to improve operational processes across the organization
Provide support to specific community locations as needed
Assist the Director of Operations with developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
Participate in an on-call rotation
Operational Support Responsibilities Include:
Employee CNA renewal tracking and support
Software and systems support
Medicaid claims assistance
Care plan oversight support
Expense report analysis
Rent certificate creation
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in technology, particularly Microsoft Office applications
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
Reliable transportation to travel between communities
Must be at least 18 years of age
