Job Summary
Provide Management with analysis of individual machine center, departmental, product family and value stream performance, with emphasis on identifying common issues that can be worked on to improve one or more of the following:
Statistical Analysis to include, but not limited to:
Support the facility as the Halo Production Reporting system leader
3.) Keeps track of Inventory through managing/supporting cycle counting and daily production reports.
4.) Create & reviewing weekly and monthly MEI reports for Printing, Converting Cups, Covers and Bulkan.
5.) Insuring data accuracy in all of the Operations informational system (Laserfiche, HAQ, Halo, BPCS, MEI & OEE)
6.)Participate on Plant HACCP Steering Committee and provide assistance in determining direction, SOP compliance and appropriateness.
7.) Participation on the Recall Audit Team, being the primary source for BPCS and documentation data mining and analysis as needed.
8.)Act as Laserfiche/SOP Coordinator*, being responsible for ensuring document control, accuracy, appropriateness and compliance to the plant Food Safety Program
9.) Operations training management; maintain register of all Operations SOP’s and insure proper training & refresher train is conducted at an adequate frequency
10.) Manage all Operations new hire training and insure 30 day reviews of all probationary employees are completed
Essential Functions
