M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking an Operations Scheduling Specialist to drive scheduling accuracy, supplier coordination, municipal compliance, and customer communication.

You ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Core Outcomes:

  • Prepare jobs for superintendent scheduling

  • Coordinate supplier ETAs and material releases

  • Schedule city inspections

  • Update scheduling systems and production sheets

  • Communicate with customers regarding deliveries and crew arrival

  • Manage callbacks and service requests

  • Process payroll callback entries and job completions

  • Support inventory and window scheduling operations
