Operations/Manufacturing Supervisor - Fabrication

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Leads and supervises people for  fabrication activities to achieve established production goals consistent with standards of quality, safety, cost and housekeeping.

• Plans operations, allocates skills and labor hours, and manages material and workflow to ensure timely production and adherence to quality standards for assigned products
• Organizes and assigns work, provides instruction, cross‑trains employees, and assists them in performing their duties
• Ensures consistent use of safety devices and personal protective equipment (PPE), oversees departmental housekeeping, and remains vigilant for hazardous conditions or unsafe practices. Actively drives safety initiatives and continuous improvements
• Monitors and drives quality performance while implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Provides information and collaborates with internal teams to support cost reduction, work simplification, production scheduling, and manpower planning
• Participates in and coordinates programs related to employee communication, placement, training and development, orientation, quality, and other key initiatives
• Promotes positive employee relations through open, direct, and consistent daily communication
• Ensures compliance with company policies, practices, and work rules related to attendance, performance, and other standards
• Performs other duties as assigned
