Job Description

Construction Operations Manager – Residential Renovations

Growth Track to Director

Who We Are

We are a growing residential renovation company specializing in rehab and renovation projects, including investor turn-key rehabs and an expanding pipeline of larger owner occupant renovations. Most projects range from $10,000 to $25,000, with growth into $25,000 to $100,000+ renovations.

This is a growth-stage leadership opportunity — not a corporate construction role. We operate with strong financial discipline, clear accountability, and a long-term mindset focused on scaling operations and developing leaders.

Our CARE Values

Character – Doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Accountability – Own it from start to finish.

Results – Delivering what we promise, every time.

Energy – Bring positivity, urgency, and enthusiasm.

Position Summary

The Construction Operations Manager leads day-to-day residential renovation operations while helping scale the business into its next phase of growth. This role oversees Project Managers and operational support staff, strengthens systems and processes, and supports expansion into larger renovation projects.

The expectation is to develop Project Managers to own daily project execution so this role can increasingly focus on growth, operational improvement, and client-facing opportunities.

Reporting Structure

Reports To: President

Direct Reports:

• Project Manager (2)

• Rehab Coordinator (Remote – dispatching, scheduling support, a/p and a/r assistance)

financial reporting, client communication, and company growth initiatives.

Support the marketing team with real-world renovation insight and ideas.

Be willing to respond to inbound opportunities and help build client trust.

Growth and Scaling

Transition out of daily project management as leaders develop.

Help expand operations into higher-value residential renovation projects.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in residential renovations, construction operations, rehab

construction, or project leadership.

Experience managing multiple renovation projects or high-volume rehab workflows.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced renovation environment.

Preferred:

Experience with investor rehabs, rental property renovations, or residential remodeling

operations.

Culture and Expectations

We value integrity, ownership, results, and positive energy.

This is a leadership seat for someone willing to be visible, accountable, and grow minded.

This role is best suited for builders who want to help scale an operation — not maintain a

corporate system.

Compensation and Growth Opportunity

Base Salary: $75,000

Annual Bonus: Up to 10% of Base Salary

Profit Share: Based on Net Income

As the company grows, this role is designed to evolve into expanded operational leadership
