Construction Operations Manager – Residential Renovations
Growth Track to Director
Who We Are
We are a growing residential renovation company specializing in rehab and renovation projects, including investor turn-key rehabs and an expanding pipeline of larger owner occupant renovations. Most projects range from $10,000 to $25,000, with growth into $25,000 to $100,000+ renovations.
This is a growth-stage leadership opportunity — not a corporate construction role. We operate with strong financial discipline, clear accountability, and a long-term mindset focused on scaling operations and developing leaders.
Our CARE Values
Character – Doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.
Accountability – Own it from start to finish.
Results – Delivering what we promise, every time.
Energy – Bring positivity, urgency, and enthusiasm.
