The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the vehicle reconditioning process to ensure that vehicles are prepared to meet the highest quality standards. This includes managing the reconditioning team, coordinating with external vendors, and implementing efficient workflows to optimize productivity. The role requires a strong understanding of automotive repair, detailing, and quality assurance processes. This leadership role is “hands-on” which involves performing various reconditioning tasks—such as body, paint, PDR (Paintless Dent Repair), and wheel repair—while also managing of a team of technicians to ensure operational excellence.
