Operations Manager – Healthcare
Location: Toronto, ON (North York and surround area)
Salary Range: $79,500 – $81,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Must be flexible to adjust schedule as operationally required)
Position Overview
Allied Universal®, a global leader in Security Services, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Healthcare to lead and oversee security operations within a highly regulated healthcare environment for the region of North York and surround area.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of a complex healthcare security program, including personnel leadership, compliance management, and client engagement. The successful candidate will bring proven experience managing security teams in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated environments, with the ability to uphold strict compliance standards while delivering exceptional service.
