Job Description/Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will lead day-to-day operations for our New Hampshire facility, driving a culture focused on safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with site leadership to improve operational performance, strengthen employee development, and support efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead facility operations with a focus on safety, food safety, quality, efficiency, and service performance
  • Develop and support team members through performance management, coaching, and ongoing feedback initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts across processes, products, and operational systems
  • Partner with leadership teams to implement operational standards and solve complex business challenges

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment
  • Experience leading organizational change and driving process improvements

Preferred:

  • APICS, Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, or TPM certification
  • Experience with beverage processing and related manufacturing equipment
  • Background in continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence programs

The annual salary range for this role is $98,961 - $123,701. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
