With 20+ team members and ambitious growth ahead, we're looking for an Operations Manager who wants more than a typical operations role. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing company and help build the systems that support our next stage of growth.
You'll own operational coordination across customers, fulfillment, and finance, helping ensure the business runs smoothly as we scale. If you're organized, proactive, enjoy solving problems, and love making things happen behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Customer & Account Management
- Manage relationships with retail and wholesale customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and operational issues
- Build customer service team as we scale
- Coordinate sponsorship partnerships and account activities
- Support customer retention and account growth initiatives
Order Fulfillment & Logistics
- Coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Track inventory-related concerns and escalate as needed
- Improve operational workflows and identify bottlenecks
Financial Coordination
- Work closely with accounting to monitor accounts receivable
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payments
- Assist with reporting and operational tracking
- Maintain accurate records for customer programs and agreements
Program Management
- Manage affiliate and referral programs
- Oversee consignment partnerships and inventory tracking
- Ensure program participants receive timely communication and support
Business Operations
- Maintain operational dashboards and reporting
- Create and improve SOPs and internal processes
- Coordinate activities across sales, fulfillment, customer service, and accounting
- Proactively identify issues and drive solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations, account management, customer success, or business operations experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with customers and external partners
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
- Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, wholesale, distribution, or retail
- Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment operations
- Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, Asana, Google suite or similar business systems
Compensation
- Base salary: $75,000–$85,000 CAD (depending on experience)
- Performance bonus based on operational and business KPIs
- Fully remote position
