Role: Operations Manager (Child, Youth & Family)
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: Bunbury (with travel to Leederville state office required).
In this role, you will manage Family Based Care and Residential Services across the South West of WA, leading a team within our Child, Youth & Family portfolio.
You will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations across multiple residential care models, including budgets, workforce management, performance outcomes, contractual compliance, reporting and stakeholder engagement as well as ensuring our family base care placements are meeting contractual obligations.
You will provide strong, proactive leadership, contributing to both your teams and the broader WA CYF leadership group, and drive high-performing services focused on quality care, client outcomes, and operational excellence.

Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check, WA Working with Children Check and WA DCP295 Check.
