Responsibilities
- $1,250/week (40–50 hrs) + Growth as company grows
- Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and job flow
- Handle incoming calls, customer communication, and follow-ups
- Ensure a high level of customer experience from first call through job completion
- Support estimating, invoicing, and job documentation
- Keep jobs organized and on track internally
- Assist owner in building brand locally, representing the company at networking events (BNI, chamber, local trade events)
- Assist with sales and relationship building
- Help build systems, processes, and structure as the company grows
- Solve problems and keep things moving - no waiting for direction
