Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for Onboarding, Developing, Coaching, Mentoring, and Performance Management of all drivers and helpers assigned to them. The ideal candidate will have experience with coaching and mentoring employees, understand transportation and logistics, and 3+ years' experience in people management overseeing a staff of 28 drivers.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am to close (5-6:00pm) & Saturdays on rotation
Operations Managers should be flexible to work either opening or closing shifts & weekends after a holiday to support the operational needs.

Combination: This job operates in a mix between an office environment and plant/field environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
The expected base pay range for this office/on-site position is $$68,985 to 77,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
