The Operations Manager reports to the Director of Operations. As an Operations Manager in Quantix, your responsibilities go beyond daily management – you will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining processes to optimize our warehouse and packaging operations. This position includes but is not limited to: ensuring safety of all warehouse employees, meeting customer quality and service expectations, achieving facility throughput goals, embracing a continuous improvement culture, managing cost to deliver on desired EBITDA targets, and is responsible for the efficient management of the warehouse and packaging operations while maintaining our core values:

Job Requirements
Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day operations of warehouse, including packaging, shipping & receiving, dispatch, and storage of goods. Develop and maintain Inventory Accuracy through performing company determine cycle counts
· Develop, motivate, mentor, and lead a diverse team of Supervisors and direct/indirect reports by providing coaching, guidance, feedback, and support as needed, while also fostering a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
· Partner with Health, Safety, & Environment Leadership to establish and maintain a culture of Zero Harm to all employee through: compliance to safety rules and regulations, appropriate safety training, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), employee engagement, hazard identification and resolution, communication, accident/incident investigation, performing Safety Insight weekly/monthly training, compliance to “Operation Clean Sweep”, etc.
· Partner with Human Resources and site leadership to ensure a comprehensive hiring and training process of Supervisors and direct/indirect reports. Provide valuable input and recommendations to support the selection of top talent that aligns with the organization's values, mission, culture, and job requirements.
· Partner with Quality Team and Site Leadership to help develop and maintain quality processes including standardized processes, work instructions, best practices, labor plans to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiencies within the operation. Perform Quality Audits to reduce Quality Failures that results in CAPA’s or Claims. To investigate CAPA’s and Claims and be able to perform comprehensive RCA/5 Why analysis.
· Partner and collaborate with Maintenance Team and/or 3rd Party vendors to ensure all safety, security, process equipment, MHE, along with facility building and grounds are in proper and safe working condition.
· Collaborate closely with other cross-functional teams (Inbound Team, CS Team, & Quantix 3PL Team) to ensure the consistent and prompt fulfillment of customer packaging and shipping orders, exceeding their expectations.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to productivity reports via Shop-Logix or Export Production KPI’s – Power BI , providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.
· Engage in a strong partnership with customers, maintaining close daily contact to ensure strong connections with the goal of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction while proactively taking measures to address any concerns or issues.
· Purchase and manage necessary materials needed for warehouse and packaging operations. Obtain and manage Purchase Requisitions (via Tradogram) for purchasing necessary supplies and equipment required for the operation.
