Operations Manager

This position supports the General Manager role in the overall management and direction of the hotel to include Rooms and Administrative Operations, but with a heavy focus on Food & Beverage. This position is responsible for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager to maintain superior standards of quality, service and merchandising to maximize profits. This position will also be involved and assist in supporting all other hotel areas and the overall guest experience. Act as Manager on Duty whenever on property and assist in responding to guests, associates and emergency situations as necessary. Responsible for the training and direction of hotel associates with a heavy focus on Food & Beverage operations.

Hotel experience is preferred but Food & Beverage experience is required.

Must be available to work nights and weekends per the hotel's needs.

Must be a dependable team player with excellent communication skills and attendance.
