About the Role:
This role leads technician teams in the Raleigh market. You'll own execution of services, technician development, and administrative compliance. You’ll be responsible for building a high-accountability, high-performance culture and ensuring jobs are done safely, efficiently, and to spec.
You will work closely with branch leadership, our internal support teams, and your direct reports to deliver consistent, high-quality results. This is not a desk job—you’ll lead in person at our warehouse, in your office, and in the field, every day.
