Village Green seeks an experienced Operations Manager to assist the Property Manager with activities involved in the successful day-to-day operation of the community, with a strong emphasis on accounts receivable and leasing. Also performs the Property Manager’s functions, with limited authority, in their/absence.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
$61,100 + up to 15% quarterly bonus + monthly commissions and excellent benefits
