Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and maintaining optimal inventory levels within the store. Reporting to the Stock Manager, this position supports inventory-related processes to ensure accuracy, organization, and product flow.

The Operations Manager oversees the processing, organization, and maintenance of inventory while collaborating closely with the retail team to support timely replenishment and overall store performance. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, process stock intake, and organize inventory, including replenishing stock on the sales floor.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts, cycle counts, and spot checks.
• Monitor the accuracy of receiving, damages, and returns to maintain accurate inventory. 
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all back-of-house operations are properly structured, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Oversee the processing of all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Generate and verify purchase orders (PO’s).
• Supervise and assign tasks for the timely processing of shipments.
• Proactively work to prevent loss prevention and sales issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in retail operations, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift to 30lbs.
