The STEM Alliance is a rapidly growing Westchester County nonprofit that is building a network of STEM learning opportunities for adults and children. Our goal is to empower our clients with STEM skills that not only lead to higher paying jobs but also solve today’s most critical challenges. The Operations Manager is a critical member of the Operations Team who also provides accounting, Tech and other operational support to all of our Teams to advance programmatic success. The Operations Managers responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

The responsibilities of this role can be tweaked depending on the talents of the right candidate and the needs of our team. Having said that, it's likely that you'll be doing some of the things below, together with our Operations Team:
Accounting
Donations & Grant Management
Budget Compliance
What you bring
First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is warm, friendly and values teamwork. We would hope that you are looking to expand your personal and professional goals. Also significant is that you have a desire to serve others and learn how STEM education and Digital Equity are creating a ladder of opportunity for all. Lastly, we would need you to be able to complete tasks independently and in a timely manner with some guidance.
