Position Overview:

Bio-One Atlanta is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and operationally driven Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the business. As a leader in crime scene cleanup, hoarding remediation, and biohazard decontamination, Bio-One requires a GM who can balance operational excellence, team leadership, customer compassion, and business growth.

The Operations Manager will ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain service quality standards, manage field teams, and drive revenue growth through effective leadership and oversight. This role is critical to providing the discreet, caring, and professional service Bio-One is known for.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring job quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage, coach, and develop field technicians and administrative staff.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and efficient workflow in a 24/7 emergency services environment.
• Conduct job costing, evaluate profitability, and monitor key performance metrics.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA, EPA, and biohazard handling regulations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships during sensitive and emotionally challenging situations.
• Partner with ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and operational strategy.
• Support marketing and local business development efforts as needed.

Relevant Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Emergency Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, service management, restoration, remediation, or emergency response industry.
