Operations & Integration Manager

Do you enjoy wearing multiple hats and creating real change in an organization?

Do you excel at driving operational excellence, identifying inefficiencies, and turning ideas into reality?

Do you love connecting the dots between big-picture vision and daily execution to build a seamless, highly efficient organization?

SNL Painting, an established residential and commercial painting contractor in and around the greater St Charles Missouri area,  is seeking a highly organized, analytical Operations & Integration Manager. This role acts as an organizational integrator, supporting the CEO and operations team across multiple departments. You will spend your time collecting data, analyzing operational performance, and building the processes that drive our company’s key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The list of tasks is long, but not all of them need to be handled every day.  Some weeks will be busier than others depending on what needs arise.

The tasks that take the bulk of your time will include:

  • Tech Stack Management: Partner with software vendors to refine and troubleshoot CRM, estimating, production, and billing applications.
  • Financial Analysis: Generate ad hoc reporting, including job-costing, financial analysis, and overall job profitability tracking.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Develop agendas and lead the weekly Production meeting, monthly Crew Leader meeting, and monthly All-Team meeting.
  • Operational Support: Answer and route incoming field calls and provide temporary coverage for key internal roles when team members are on PTO.

The remaining tasks will need to be handled as needs arise.  This is a unique position for a unique individual who isn’t scared of solving problems, loves to contribute behind the scenes, and is good at self-starting and self-directing.  We are a small company with one-person departments who need intermittent support, so your job demands will fluctuate.

The person who applies for this job loves to make a difference and loves to find solutions to small business anomalies.  If you’re resourceful and good at “figuring stuff out”…we need to talk.
