DescriptionThe Operations Improvement Analyst identifies opportunities to enhance processes and analytics and will provide consultation to all facilities in the Assigned Region with specific focus on improving operational performance. Contributes to the Prospect reporting and analytics development along with the Director of Analytics. Conducts thorough analysis of data to create reports identifying operations trends in areas such as Staffing, Supplies, etc.
Responsibilities- Builds solid relationships with Operations Improvement leadership. Understands multifaceted
- Partners with internal and external stakeholders in key business areas related to Operations
- Improvement to create technology solutions for workflow and reporting.
- Quickly identifies performance gaps based on current/future reporting capabilities and works
- with facility leadership to define action plans and track ongoing process improvements and
- financial impact.
- Mines patient and healthcare provider data from multiple sources, including patient accounting
- data, productivity reporting and cost accounting. Provides analytical insights to operational
- improvement team.
- Continuously monitors reports and dashboards and/or build out new innovative metrics to track
- operational performance.
- Assists facility level analysts in maintaining current reporting dashboards, while continuing to
- strive for metric standardization across the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, healthcare administration or Equivalent Experience
- One (1) year of experience working in an analytical, reporting or healthcare setting
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Experience with Cost Benefit Analysis
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, extract, and identify data issues with large data sets
- Analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Microsoft Excel and other database management software experience
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- Tableau experience
Pay Rate: Min -$82,800 l Max $110,730
