This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief of Staff - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team to optimize their time and decision-making processes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and drive the execution of strategic priorities. As a trusted partner to the CEO, your expertise in digital marketplaces and eCommerce will play a critical role in driving the growth of the company towards its ambitious revenue targets. Your day-to-day activities will blend strategic planning with actionable insights, ensuring that the executive team's focus remains aligned with the company's vision.

Accountabilities

  • Translate CEO & Board vision into priorities, OKRs, and execution plans
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and operating cadence
  • Prepare CEO for board, investor, and key stakeholder engagements
  • Provide research, analysis, and decision support
  • Act as communication bridge across the executive team
  • Lead high-impact special projects (scale, M&A, market entry)

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of supporting CEOs/Founders in fast-scaling SMBs
  • Experience in scaling a 100–300 person company with multiple examples
  • Strong understanding of D2C customer acquisition, eCommerce, and digital advertising
  • AI-native and tech-savvy with experience in advanced tools
  • Board-level confidence for investor meetings and confidential materials
  • Interest in eLearning, health, wellness, or related fields
