Job Summary
- Analyze and coordinate daily department activities to achieve established goals
- Under minimal supervision, performs general secretarial and clerical duties for the assigned department such as typing, answering phones, and relaying messages.
- Assists with ordering and maintaining supplies for the department.
- Draft letters, correspondence, memos, charts, documents, tables, graphs, and plans as requested.
- Respond to work requests from department staffs in timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate and organize department related events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: 80 Hours Biweekly. Full Time. 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Education/Certifications/Licenses:
• Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
