The Operations Coordinator, Events is part of the events team and is responsible for providing a centralized operational ‘core’ of administrative support services. Reporting to the Director, Events, this position will support all event activities so that team can continue the delivery of highly professional, effective and efficient operational and revenue results. The Operations Coordinator, Events supports the processing and delivery of highly confidential financial and operations reports for the Director, Events. This position will also support and coordinate general office management areas such as maintenance of office equipment and maintaining inventory/ordering of office supplies.
The Operations Coordinator will work with the Director, Events to develop reports from the event scheduling database (Event Pro) to identify opportunities. A thorough knowledge of all facilities and greenspaces is necessary to provide support for the processing and invoicing of accurate pricing. This position will also support the scheduling and coordinate event set-up and take down, and work with the Event Coordinators to complete a post-event analysis with a client follow-up on customer satisfaction.
