About the Role
The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations across multiple sites. This position ensures accurate documentation, smooth shipment flow, and strong coordination between warehouse, logistics, and internal teams. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and being involved in multiple aspects of operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying documentation and supporting dock operations
• Maintain and update operational reports, metrics, and tracking spreadsheets
• Support warehouse processes including receiving shipments, processing transfers, and preparing shipping documentation
• Communicate with carriers, internal teams, and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods
• Provide general administrative and operational support, including ordering supplies and assisting with day-to-day needs
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations support
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities
