Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $40.00 - $67.00 per hour, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $50.00 to $58.00 per hour. We generally base our salary decisions on factors including but not limited to, relevant work and leadership experience, education, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and in some cases, geographic location.
Scope of Job: The OCC Supervisor will provide professional and efficient supervision of the Operations Control Center and its staff. He/she will supervise and support a team of Control Center Operators by directing workflow and monitoring the OCC and its staff’s performance. The OCC Supervisor will ensure safe and accurate monitoring and control of renewable energy assets in order to minimize production losses and maximize efficiency and generation while complying with contractual obligations and all applicable North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards and practices. The OCC Supervisor is responsible and accountable for all operational issues that occur in the OCC during their shift work assignments.
Responsibilities:
Working Conditions: Normal office environment where 90% of the time is spent in the office, working at a desk/workstation and 10% of the time traveling to offsite meetings as needed.
