Ford Pro is a new global business within Ford committed to commercial customer productivity. We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Associate who thrives in the details. In this role, you won’t just support our software; you will ensure our customers' vehicles are legally on the road and ready to work.
You will act as the primary guide for onboarding new clients, managing the complex logistics of multi-state titling and registration, and providing the "white glove" operational support that keeps commercial fleets moving.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do…
- Master the Logistics: Manage the end-to-end processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and plating across multiple states. You will coordinate directly with DMVs, tag agencies, and dealerships to ensure compliance.
- Document Control: Expertly handle critical documentation, including Bills of Sale, Powers of Attorney (POA), and tax documents to facilitate seamless vehicle transfers and moves.
- Customer Onboarding & Adoption: Guide fleet managers through the initial setup of Ford Pro services, ensuring they understand how to use our tools to maximize their fleet’s value.
- Solve Complex Issues: Act as the escalation point for title and registration roadblocks. If a vehicle is stuck in administrative limbo, you are the one who gets it plated and on the road.
- Drive Product Value: Conduct monthly check-ins with clients to review usage data, identify opportunities to cross-sell new Ford Pro features, and gather feedback to share with our Product Development teams.
- Billing & Administration: Ensure clients are billed correctly for services and registration fees, maintaining accurate records in our CRM
QualificationsYou'll have...
- Associate degree, or 10+ years’ relevant experience.
- Prior experience working for a Fleet Management Company (FMC) (in a corporate Fleet Management department is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience handling commercial vehicle logistics, including DMV interactions, plating, tag renewal, and multi-state registration requirements.
- Deep familiarity with the legal paperwork required for commercial vehicles, specifically Bills of Sale and Power of Attorney protocols.
- Adept user of Microsoft Excel (for fleet data analysis) and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience interacting with Commercial Dealerships regarding inventory and logistics.
- Ability to translate complex operational hurdles into feedback for product and engineering teams.
