The Operations Assistant is a full-time (40 hours/week) role earning $25.00/hour

What you will do:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for day-to-day office, facilities, and operations needs
  • Manage maintenance and facilities requests through a ticketing system, including triaging, scheduling, and tracking completion with internal staff and external vendors
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and assist with inspections of facilities and fleet to identify and address issues
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, service history, invoices, and related data
  • Support vendor coordination, including scheduling, communication, and site access
  • Assist with compliance efforts, including Missouri Department of Transportation requirements, safety procedures, and regulatory exercises
  • Manage key and card access across all properties
  • Maintain inventory of office, operations, and safety supplies, including ordering and distribution
  • Support and troubleshoot the agency’s phone system, coordinating with service providers as needed
  • Provide reception coverage as needed, including greeting visitors and answering phones

What we expect of you:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One - two years in a project administration role, preferably in a nonprofit setting
  • Two years of administrative experience
