Spring Living Retirement Communities (springliving.ca) is a boutique, rapidly growing Canadian senior living owner/operator, who currently owns and operates 28 retirement communities in Ontario and Quebec. The company has an ambitious growth plan to expanding through acquisition of mid-market retirement residences across Canada over the next 5 years. Spring Living’s mission is to create warm, welcoming and secure environments for residents, foster caring connections, and provide personalized services by team members who are committed to making a significant IMPACT every day.
Spring Living is the Retirement Community platform of the BAZ group; a Real Estate company that strategically acquires, develops, constructs and repositions assets throughout North America.
JOB OVERVIEW
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Operations
The Operations Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Operations and the broader Operations team at Spring Living Retirement Communities. This role is integral to driving organizational efficiency by coordinating key initiatives, facilitating communication across multiple communities, and supporting the execution of strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. They bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to supporting operational excellence across the organization.
All duties are performed in the best interest of the residents and their families, and in accordance with Spring Living’s Vision, Mission, and Values statements.
