Operations Assistant
Location: Lower Brooklyn, NY (On-site, 5 days per week) Coney Island area
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year
About the Role:
Our client, an independent agency based in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Operations Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational functions. You’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant of Operations and the internal team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and general office communications
Pull reports and assist with data entry or tracking tasks
Provide administrative support for daily operations
Maintain organized systems for files, records, and schedules
Assist with technology tools, software, and office systems as needed
Support team members with projects and operational needs
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Tech-savvy — comfortable learning and using new software/tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
Prior administrative or operations experience preferred
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
