We are looking for a talented individual… 

To join our team as an Operations Analyst Co-op. The Operations Analyst Co‑op will support the delivery of a Commercial and Industrial energy efficiency program. In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative, high‑performing team that is passionate about reducing energy consumption and driving program success. You will support program reporting and data management while providing analytical and operational support to staff and managers across the program. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in operations, data analysis, and energy efficiency within a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

This is a 4-month role with an anticipated start date in April.

• Manage and analyze program data to support operational and reporting needs.

• Prepare accurate, professional reports in compliance with contract requirements.

• Perform data entry and maintain data accuracy across systems.

• Assist with setting up and maintaining KPI trackers and dashboards.

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment while managing individual tasks.

• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

You will have…

• 0–1 years of experience in an operations or analytical role; exposure to energy efficiency is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and interpret data accurately.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power Query and Power BI is an asset.
