Serve as Occupational Reliability Program & Training Compliance Coordinator under a Senior Consultant Labor Category to provide Occupational Reliability & Training Compliance aligned with NAICS: 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training fo - Establish, implement, and maintain Contractor Occupational Reliability Program (ORP).
- Identify positions requiring ORP certification per AR 190-11 and local guidance.
- Conduct background checks, interviews, documentation validation and maintain secure files.
- Track and ensure 100% compliance with required training: AT Level I, OPSEC, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120, 40 CFR 265.16, 49 CFR 172.704.
- Maintain Sexual Assault & Sexual Harassment Training Plan (PM-10).
- Submit certificates to COR within mandated timelines (10 days or as specified).
- Maintain training documentation onsite for Government inspection.
