We are looking for applicants who already have some restaurant or customer service experience and are comfortable working in a restaurant environment. We are searching for dependable, hardworking team members who take pride in both great food and great customer service. This is a cross-trained position where team members assist with both Front of House service and Kitchen Operations to help keep the restaurant running smoothly during evening service/closing shifts. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, working with a solid team, and taking care of customers, we'd love to meet you. Reliability is essential.

We are a small, tight knit team of fewer than 10 people, so every team member plays an important role. Everyone helps where needed; whether that's assisting customers, running food, prepping ingredients, or keeping the restaurant clean and organized. - Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food prep, plating, and ensuring kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and prep areas
- Help run food to customers and support Front of House operations as needed
- Take customer orders, or assist with service during busy periods when needed
- Process payments or provide change if working Front of House
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistent food and service quality.
- Follow established systems and procedures for both Kitchen and Front of House operations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual - attendance is critical
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced enviroment
- Able to multi-task and stay organized during shifts
- Willing to help wherever needed during service
- Professional, respectful, and team-oriented
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. when needed
- Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
- Consistent attendance is required; frequent callouts or last-minute absences are not tolerated.
