Join our team as a Material Handler-Shipper/Receiver and play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused, and organized individual who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips
• Inspect, sort, and organize inventory in designated storage locations
• Identify and resolve shipment discrepancies
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and freight paperwork
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Assist with annual inventory counts
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Ensure products are packaged securely and properly labeled
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist with other warehouse-related duties as required

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
• Forklift certification and safe operating experience
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• CSA-approved safety footwear required

Assets

• Experience in fluid power, hydraulics, industrial distribution, or a related industry
