Material Handler - Level 2

As a Material Handler here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the
accurate and efficient movement, storage, and control of materials in our
Logistics department within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will
work as part of a team to efficiently ensure timely material flow, maintaining
inventory accuracy, and adhering to Honeywell’s strict safety, quality, and
compliance standards. This is an opportunity to contribute to the success of a

You will report directly to our Logistics Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our
Mississauga, ON location on an on-site work schedule.

Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the
overall success of our manufacturing operations.

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates
must be eligible for CGP security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

* Receive, inspect, and validate incoming materials against purchase orders,
packing lists, and system records
* Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using Honeywell ERP/WMS systems (e.g.,
SAP, Oracle)
* Perform system transactions including goods receipts, transfers, and
shipments
* Support production or order fulfillment by delivering materials on time and
in the correct quantities
* Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation activities
* Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and documentation for all materials
* Follow Honeywell Standard Work Procedures (SWPs) and Lean/5S practices to
maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Adhere strictly to Honeywell Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies
and report any incidents, near misses, or hazards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including shipping, receiving,
production, and quality
