The Location: This position is based in Calgary, AB, and does require in-person office visits.

Responsibilities

As a Material Handler/Inventory Analyst, your responsibilities will be:  

  • Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices
  • Perform daily inventory transactions to support in-house manufacturing
  • De-trash and dispose of boxes and other packaging
  • Pick and setup of materials for production jobs
  • Ensure department and NovAtel goals and objectives are met
  • Ensure inventory and related processes, transactions, and records are accurate and sufficient
  • Seek and implement continuous improvements using Lean methodologies in all of your duties

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • High School diploma
  • 2 - 5 years of related experience in material handling or warehousing, preferably in a production environment
  • Experience and use of visual manufacturing processes and systems
  • Able to lift 40 pounds
  • Capable of shift work if required (7:00AM-2:45PM, 2:30PM-10:15PM) (May also be required to work overtime, including weekends)
