Marketing Operations & Sales Excellence Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Marketing Operations & Sales Excellence Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the Sales Excellence and Marketing teams through operational execution, customer data integrity, and internal digital platform management. This position provides hands-on experience across marketing operations, CRM administration, customer data governance, and internal communications infrastructure. The coordinator supports daily activities that enhance customer engagement, strength data quality, streamline internal processes, and ensure the smooth execution of marketing and sales initiatives across the Americas.

This role is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain broad exposure to sales support and marketing functions within a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with events and media tracking, manage marketing materials, and help maintain accurate customer and CRM records.

Additionally, this role contributes to the enhancement and upkeep of the company intranet, ensuring employees have reliable access to key tools, documents, and communications. Through these responsibilities, the coordinator will help drive operational efficiency, improve customer data accuracy, and support the company’s overall sales and marketing effectiveness

Location: Kennesaw, GA

What you will do:

1. Marketing Operations (50%)

  • Assist the Director of Sales Excellence & Marketing with day-to-day operational needs, including:  
    • Managing the marketing budget (AMEX, Pos, insertion orders, reconciliation)
    • Coordinating brochure management and distribution
    • Overseeing merchandise, mainting inventory, shipping items, and sources new items.
  • Help prepare simple reports, spreadsheets, or summaries for leadership as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects supporting Sales and Marketing.
  • Track media placements and maintain related documentation
  • Provide support for marketing and industry events, including: preparation, logistics, and materials coordination.  

2. Customer Data & CRM Coordinator (40%)

  • Assist the Sales Excellence team with CRM data quality including: processing leads, processing customer master data requests, updating accounts and contacts, for the USA and Canada, and distributing regular reports.  
  • Support customer data cleanup initiatives as part of companywide data-quality projects, which may include contacting customers to verify business status, updating information in CRM, and gathering additional key intelligence

4. Intranet & Internal Web Solutions (10%)

  • Partner with departments to develop, maintain and enhance the company intranet to ensure employees have access to updated internal documents, forms, and safety information, etc.
  • Maintain the Jotform account and associated forms, including creating new forms as needed and ensuring existing forms remain up-to-date and functional.

Non-Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide occasional administrative support to the Demo Room and Training Center, including preparing certificates, coordinating gifts for classes, arranging catering, and assisting with other ancillary needs.
  • Support other Management team members and teams with administrative requests on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of related administration work

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under defined objectives.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily office-based with prolonged sitting and repetitive hand use.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes or materials up to 25-30 lbs. as needed (e.g, marketing materials, tradeshow/event items)
  • Occasional travel (1–33%) for training or company events.
  • Regular use of computer equipment and design/software tools.
  • Minimal exposure to environmental hazards.

Salary: 54,000 - 58,000
