Freedom Boat Club is hiring Marina Operations Managers to run daily dock operations across multiple high-demand locations.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll manage staff, oversee fleet readiness, and deliver a premium experience to members.

🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For
Run Daily Operations
- Open/close dock and manage reservations
- Ensure boats are clean, fueled, and ready
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Lead Your Team
- Supervise and schedule dock staff & captains
- Train seasonal employees
- Maintain accountability and coverage
Own the Member Experience
- Deliver a professional, welcoming dock environment
- Assist with departures and returns
- Build strong member relationships
Maintain Safety Standards
- Enforce safety protocols
- Monitor weather conditions
- Support seasonal marina operations
👊 Who This Role Is For
We’re looking for leaders with backgrounds in:
- Marina or dock operations
- Boating / marine services
- Hospitality or outdoor operations
- Team leadership / shift management
You should be:
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable leading a team
- Able to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
Boating experience is a plus — not required

- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
