The purpose of this role is to act as a leader with full people management responsibilities over an HR team assigned to support global Total Rewards operations. This includes Total Rewards data management, expatriate support, relocations, well-being, and health services for the organization, such as supporting the on-site Health Unit and management of the on-site Wellness Center.
Employees at this level work with a high degree of latitude, having expert knowledge, and handle the most complex issues and problems.
This role reports to the Director, Global Total Rewards with frequent partnership with Human Resource department and area leaders and teams, COEs, external vendors, and executive leadership councils.
Responsible for the following leadership activities:
• Provide leadership and development for team members.
• Provide consultative leadership support
• Lead and contribute to HR and enterprise-level projects related to Total Rewards
• Respond to inquiries and provide regular updates to the Presiding Bishopric and Budget office
Accountable to deliver the following strategic activities to the enterprise:
• Develop enterprise Total Rewards strategies, policies, and guidelines in partnership with the global total rewards director and other Total Rewards managers
• Develop change management and communication plans for major changes within the scope of the team’s responsibilities
• Develop and administer the annual Total Rewards stakeholder survey
• Develop global health services strategy, principles, and guidelines
Accountable to deliver the following health services, compensation, and benefit related essential activities for the enterprise through the Total Rewards operations teams:
• Lead business requirements/technology rollouts
• Prepare and present Total Rewards executive presentations (PBO, HRC, CBC, etc.)
• Ensure that pre-travel care for General Authorities and employees (vaccinations, etc.) are delivered by Health Unit in an effective and efficient way
• Lead enterprise physical and mental well-being strategics and execution, both in the US and in international Areas, partnering with the Talent Management group.
• Provide heath consultations, education, workshops, and consulting - one on one and groups
• Develop and manage musculoskeletal stretch & flex programs for the US workforce
• Maintain and update InfoGuide and benefits inventory
• Manage and coordinate mobility/expat strategies, policies, guidelines, and processes
• Resolve escalated issues related to expatriate, relocation, and duty of care
• Recommend mobility/expatriate benefits to senior leadership councils
• Monitor mobility/expatriate monthly budget and conduct monthly process/status reviews
• Track industry best practices and update internal policies as needed
• Deliver mobility/expatriate education and training
• Provide regular mobility/expatriate updates to the PBO and other key stakeholders
• Lead mobility/expatriate exception request decisions
• Conduct expatriate vetting and estimates
• Administer expatriate medical (enrollment, renewals, invoicing)
• Manage mobility vendor relationships and service delivery
• Coordinate mobility/expatriate legal, financial, and tax compliance with payroll and finance, including tax preparation services, tax equalization, and tax settlements
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 8 years Total Rewards experience, including overseeing processes and operations
• 3 years of management experience, directly managing employees
• Familiarity with best practices of health services, well-being, and HR
•Experience developing and facilitating training programs for a global audience

• To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for extended periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.
Preferred:
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Deep health services and HR operational knowledge
• Experience managing a Fitness center
