This position oversees all Parking & Transportation operations on the USF St. Petersburg campus, ensuring safe, efficient daily services in parking, transit, enforcement, and customer support. The Manager directs day‑to‑day activities, supports strategic planning and policy development, and leads ongoing program improvements. The role also serves as a key partner with the USF Tampa Parking & Transportation team to maintain alignment and consistency across campuses. It combines hands-on operational leadership with forward‑looking planning to enhance the campus experience for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This position reports to the Director of Parking & Transportation Services.
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field and two years of progressively responsible supervisory experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Must possess excellent management skills and have a thorough understanding of University policies and procedures, particularly those related to parking and transportation.
Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Parking Services venue
