Responsibilities

🚀 What You’ll Lead

Drawing from the core responsibilities in the job description, you will:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and patient‑first workflows.
  • Lead and develop teams across the practice—supporting 4–15 physicians and approximately 15–40 staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, organizational policies, and service line initiatives.
  • Partner with the Physician Lead on patient access, clinic flow, scheduling, and care coordination.
  • Analyze operational performance, manage budgets, review variances, and support revenue cycle optimization.
  • Drive strategic planning, operational improvements, and new initiatives that support long‑term growth.
  • Foster open communication across teams while promoting a strong culture of collaboration and service excellence.
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts that enhance practice visibility within the community.

Qualifications

🧠 What You Bring

  • 5+ years of management experience in a physician practice or hospital setting (required).
  • Background in cardiology or specialty care operations (strongly preferred).
  • Proven success leading teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth clinical environment.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, workflow optimization, staff development, and patient‑experience strategies.
  • Ability to partner effectively with physicians and align teams around organizational goals.
