POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Media Operations is responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of media activities, with a strong focus on digital media, in support of New York City Tourism + Conventions’ marketing campaigns and member-focused programs, including, but not limited to NYC Restaurant Week and NYC Broadway Week.
This role serves as the primary day-to-day manager of external media agency partners, ensuring timely delivery of approved media plans, accurate performance reporting, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders. The role focuses on campaign execution, agency management, performance monitoring, and budget tracking. Experience in setting KPIs, evaluating campaign performance, generating insights from these data points and disseminating these insights to internal stakeholders will be critical to success in this role.
