We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialist to join our warehouse and operations team in Burnaby. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career in logistics, supply chain, operations, or warehouse management.

Position Summary

The Logistics Support Specialist will support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics department. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, processing orders, maintaining inventory records, preparing documentation, and ensuring products are shipped accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working with technology, and eager to learn all aspects of logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with customer orders and coordinate shipments throughout Canada and the United States.
  • Assist shipping documents, packing slips, bills of lading, and courier labels.
  • Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
  • Support receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate sample and marketing material shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP, inventory, and shipping systems.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve warehouse and shipping processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and operational standards.
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or diploma holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to learn new software and business systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary Range

$45,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
